2015年国际腹水俱乐部(International Club of Ascites,ICA)修订了肝硬化患者急性肾损伤(acute kidney injury,AKI)的定义,但与肝肾综合征(hepatorenal syndrome,HRS)、1型肝肾综合征(HRS-1)相关的定义未做任何修正,这引发了争议.目前HRS作为传统命名,不足以满足临床早期识别和干预的要求,以往HRS的早期症状和临床表现使用"重症肝病肾功能不全"描述更为准确."重症肝病肾功能不全"因其发病率高,缺乏单一而敏感的诊断标准,预后差,对其研究具有重要意义.
