Abstract
视神经脊髓炎谱系疾病(neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders,NMOSD)是一组免疫介导的中枢神经系统炎性脱髓鞘疾病,主要累及视神经和脊髓,也可表现为急性脑干综合征、急性间脑综合征、大脑综合征及延髓最后区综合征.越来越多研究表明NMOSD患者存在认知障碍,但其发病隐匿,临床上易被忽视,本文从神经心理学、神经病理及免疫学、神经影像学等方面对NMOSD认知障碍的研究进展进行综述.
