细胞周期蛋白B1(cyclin B1,CCNB1)在调节细胞周期的G2/M期进展中起关键作用.越来越多的研究证实CCNB1在多种恶性肿瘤中表达,并参与肿瘤细胞的生长、分化、凋亡和转移.CCNB1在不同类型的肿瘤中存在差异性表达,其表达的变化影响肿瘤的发展、治疗及预后.本文综合近年来国内外的研究,对CCNB1在肿瘤的研究进展作一综述.
