Abstract
蒲公英含有多糖、黄酮、萜类、有机酸等多种活性成分,具有良好的抑菌抗炎、抗氧化、增强免疫力和抗肿瘤作用.蒲公英通过阻滞G1期细胞周期进程和诱导外源性或受体介导的细胞凋亡对急性早幼粒细胞白血病、急性淋巴细胞白血病、慢性粒单核细胞白血病等多种白血病细胞发挥其抑制作用,可以有效遏制白血病的发展与恶化.此外,蒲公英复方制剂对肛周脓肿、尿道炎等白血病合并症也有很好的疗效.
