采用平皿培养方式探索一株野生巨大口蘑菌株菌丝适宜生长条件.试验结果,该菌株的菌丝生长最适培养温度为30℃,培养基最适pH为6,碳源为果糖,氮源为牛肉膏或酵母膏,适宜维生素为VB2、VB6,无机盐 MgSO4、KH2PO4、KCl、CaCl2、ZnSO4、FeSO4对菌丝的生长均没有促进作用.
