Abstract
采用Emmrich改进后的Rao分光光度法对137份山黧豆种质资源叶片进行ODAP含量检测并划分等级,旨在为山黧豆ODAP次生代谢物的研究和利用提供重要参考.结果表明,在137份资源当中ODAP含量呈现正态分布;根据ODAP含量,将137份山黧豆资源划分为5级并筛选到高毒、低毒资源各8份.
