陆丰古近系复杂地层防塌钻井液技术研究

Abstract
针对陆丰古近系复杂地层钻井过程中存在的井壁稳定技术难题,采用X射线衍射、扫描电镜、页岩滚动分散和膨胀实验等,测试分析复杂地层的矿物组构和理化性能,探讨其井壁失稳机理.基于"强化封固井壁-抑制泥页岩水化-合理密度支撑"的多元协同井壁稳定技术对策,优选了降滤失剂、聚胺、封堵防塌剂等关键处理剂,构建陆丰古近系复杂地层防塌钻井液配方.评价结果表明,该钻井液黏度较低,切力适中,流变性能良好;滤失量低,泥饼薄而致密,具有较好的滤失造壁性能;随钻封堵性能较好;抑制泥页岩水化能力较强,可以满足陆丰古近系复杂地层安全高效钻井工程需要.
