Structural network alterations induced by ART-naive and ART-treated subjects infected with HIV

•This study combined the DTI and topological methods to elucidate the possible pathological mechanism underlying the neurocognitive disorders of HIV patients.•The current study was divided into three groups, Healthy control, HIV patients with regular cART, therapy, and HIV patients without cART.•This study also investigate the relationships between regional characteristics and neurocognitive tests, which can help with the exploration of the mechanism of HIV.
