Reduced-dimension Beam-Doppler STAP Method Based on Cross-Correlation Coefficient.

Reduced-dimension beam-Doppler STAP methods have reduced spatial and temporal dimension by spatial beamforming and temporal Doppler filtering. Firstly, this paper introduces the basic principle of the MCP and the MCC method proposed in this paper. Then, the reduced-dimension beam-Doppler Space-time adaptive processing is presented accordingly. Finally, the clutter suppression performance of different reduced-dimension beam-Doppler STAP methods are simulated and analyzed from two aspects, taper and beam number. While the taper gradually increasing or selecting specific auxiliary beam number, we conclude that the clutter suppression performance of the MCC or MCP method has its advantages, which provides theoretical basis for practical engineering application.
