摘要

•Imaging spectroscopy of CaF2 LPP has been assessed.•Spatially and temporally fundamental plasma parameters were measured.•Evolution of plasma temperatures has been calculated by comparing experimental and Saha-LTE spectra.•Effective vibrational temperatures of CaF by comparing simulated and experimental spectra for the A2Π - X2Σ+ (Δv = 0).•Deeper physical insight into evolution dynamics of CaF2 plasma species is provided.
