摘要
In this paper, we research and establish integral equation model, energy conservation model and differential equation model for control method of automotive brake test-bench. By these models we can work out drive current and establish the relationship between drive current and spindle torque, and determine the dynamic drive current for each discrete period. Through the analysis of energy error using the area of curved trapezoid instead of integration, moreover, computer-controlled method for each model is designed and each model is updated accordingly, which improves the accuracy of computer control, and provides an effective method for testing the merits and integrated performance of automotive brake design.
