New Or Interesting Records Of Diptera (Brachycera) From Central And Eastern Europe, And Asian Part Of Russia

New or interesting records of the flies (Diptera, Brachycera) from Finland, Bulgaria, Ukraine, European and Asian parts of Russia, the Czech Rep. and Slovakia are presented. Tachydromia bimaculata (Hybotidae) is a new record for the Palaearctic, and Zuskamira inexpectata (Sepsidae) is a new record for the East Palaearctic. Spilogona orthosurstyla and Coenosia stigmatica (Muscidae) are new records for Central Europe. Other interesting records include the families Empididae, Piophilidae, Anthomyiidae and Tachinidae. Important characters are noted or figured.
