Estimated Flux Limits For Uhe Neutrinos Via Acoustical Detection Techniques

The DUMAND astrophysical neutrino telescope, under construction off the coast of Hawaii, will contain a large array of hydrophones to be used for determining the position of detector elements which can also be used to detect cascades produced by neutrino interactions of sufficient energy. Here we use recent theoretical calculations of expected AGN fluxes to estimate lower limits for the UHE neutrino flux that DUMAND may be able to set.
