摘要
The aim of this study was to explore the validity of lower intensity exercise program through estimating the effect of individual exercise program for middle-aged and elderly A total of 355 middle-aged and elderly were completed 12 months individual exercise program The program was composed of walking, self-weight exercise and cycle ergometer activity, and intensity was according to the health, physical fitness and VO2max for every subject BMI, blood pressure and physical fitness was measured PRE, in the 6(th) month and 12(th) month and changing tread of all parameter was analyzed by Repeated ANOVA and X-2 test BMI and SBP/DBP significantly decreased and daily steps increased gradually Among physical fitness sitting trunk flexion for male, sitting trunk flexion and 6-minute walk for female showed significantly increased 10M-hardle walk for male-female, sit-ups and 6-minute walk for male, grip strength and sitting trunk flexion for female in the 6(th) month and 12(th) month were significantly higher than PRE In addition extention of raise for sit-ups, 6-minute walk, 10M-hardle walk for male-female and grip strength for female in pro-6-month, was significantly higher than post-6-month Furthermore, physical fitness degree was changed clearly and physical fitness year was decreased to meet the level of 54 years for the whole subjects
