综合医院发展精神卫生服务一直缺乏较好的操作模式.通过分析综合医院住院病人的心理健康水平及必要的心理干预在临床科室的缺位,提出介入心理治疗这一操作模式,并对其概念、特点、必要性及可行性加以论证,继而论述具体运行方案,并对本模式存在的不足加以讨论.
