对汉钢公司1#高炉封炉20天后重新开炉的生产实践进行总结。通过封炉料的准确计算、装入及精心的开炉准备，送风后工艺参数的及时、合理调整，大大缩短了炉况恢复进程，送风7天利用系数达到3.1t/m3.d，燃料比525kg/t。
