在当前经济新常态和供给侧改革的现实背景下,化解产能过剩是煤炭行业转型升级的重要途径,化解产能过剩所遗留的职工安置问题为煤炭行业提出了新要求.首先剖析了受化解产能过剩影响的煤矿职工所面临的主要问题,并进一步从政策、企业和职工3个层面深入探讨影响职工就业安置的主要因素,最终提出对我国煤炭行业化解产能过剩过程中职工安置的政策建议.
