WC19-1N油田缓蚀剂的优选与缓蚀性能评价

Abstract
针对WC19-1N油田的CO2腐蚀问题,紧密结合现场工况条件,测试了6种缓蚀剂在常压静态和高压动态下的防腐蚀性能,并通过电化学方法以及扫描电镜进行验证,优选出2种高效缓蚀剂HGY-5B和HGY-5A.同时,采用失重法评价了HGY-5B和HGY-5A的缓蚀性能.试验结果表明,当缓蚀剂HGY-5A和HGY-5B加量为50mg/L时,X65钢的腐蚀速度均小于0.0760mm/a,且都具有良好的抗温性,同时与现场使用清水剂、阻垢剂和破乳剂具有协同效应.
