Abstract
使用工业3D扫描仪,对塑料包装瓶进行扫描获得点云文件,导入CATIA软件逆向设计模块,清理、优化后进行是逆向设计处理,可以获得塑料包装瓶的精确三维模型.根据获得的三维模型,进行改进设计,同时结合模具设计原则,进行吹塑模具的快速设计,可以获得高设计精度的吹塑模具.设计过程简单,设计效率高,可直接将三维模型导入数控机床进行模具加工,也有利于后期改进设计.
