从互联网+医疗服务的3种模式出发,针对"互联网+"对医疗服务体系建设的促进和影响进行了分析,提出了建立适合"互联网+"特点的医疗服务模式,阐述了建立数据资源安全可控、数字身份可信、多边协同可达等数字化医疗服务的技术基础,探讨构建互联网+医疗服务体系的必要性,并提出利用多种方式融合的互联网+医疗监管架构等建议,为完成相关协同和监管职能提供了有意义的思考.
