杭州地区201例精液常规检验结果分析

Abstract
目的 了解杭州市男性不育的影响因素.方法 201份精液样本均来自2 014年7月-2015年7月来医院就诊的患者,所有精液标本被进行精液常规分析.结果 201例患者精液标本中,各项检查均未发现异常的为21.9％ (44/201),78.1％ (157/201)的标本有一项或多项指标异常.在所有的异常指标中,精液液化不良的百分比最高,为29.85％(60/201).结论 在精液常规检查项目中,精液液化不良是影响杭州市男性精液质量的主要因素.
