Abstract
2010年版《中国药典》共收载含朱砂制剂52个,均可供内服.《中国药典》规定朱砂的日用剂量为0.1 ～0.5g.朱砂的主要成分为硫化汞(HgS),有关含朱砂中成药导致中毒的报道少见,在正常用法用量、规范疗程情况下较安全,但大剂量或长期使用可引起急、慢性汞中毒,其安全性有待再评价.
