文章对200例危重症应激性高血糖患者分别采用"三升袋"营养输注与单瓶串输,比较两种肠外营养输注方式对患者血糖控制的效果.结果显示,"三升袋"营养输注的肠外营养输注方式比单瓶串输更能够稳定危重症应激性高血糖患者的血糖水平,减少胰岛素用量.
