Abstract
国医大师刘祖贻认为小儿病毒性心肌炎的病机为邪毒伤正,由实渐虚.气阴两虚是病理基础,发病的动态过程为正邪交争,迁延难愈的根本原因是正损难复.论治重在虚实兼顾,以平为期:热毒淫心证,治以清热透表、益心安神,方用银翘散合丹参饮;湿热侵心证,治以清热化湿,解毒透表,方用葛根黄芩黄连汤合丹参饮;邪伤气阴证,治以益气养阴,清热解毒,方用生脉散合五味消毒饮;气阴两虚证,治以益气养阴,活血通络,方用生脉散合芪丹护心饮;心阳亏虚证,治以温补心阳,方用桂枝甘草汤合芪丹护心饮.
