介绍赖新生治疗双相障碍经验.认为痰、瘀、郁、火为双相障碍的主要病理因素.双相障碍以五脏失衡,重阴则郁;阳亢发狂,或有虚候;元神失主,阴阳转换失司为主要病机.治疗上主张分期论治,抑阴平阳;疏肝调气,重在治神;平调阴阳,以缓代发,并应用通元针法使之阴阳平衡.
