历代医家对四逆散的争议主要集中在病位、病因病机和方义分析等方面.关于病位,主要有少阴说、厥阴说、少阳说;病因病机方面,主要有热邪、阳气内郁、脾胃不和、阳虚寒盛等不同认识;而由于各家方义分析的不同,四逆散又归属于清解剂、轻下剂、和解剂等不同范畴.然相关文献及研究基本证实四逆散证的病位在少阴经,病机为阳气郁闭,主攻少阴阳虚轻证.
