Abstract
目的:分析比较中药补肾固冲调经系列方与西药妈富隆治疗120例脾肾两虚型无排卵功血患者的疗效和对血红蛋白和红细胞数值水平的影响.方法:把石家庄市三所医院收治的120例脾肾两虚型无排卵功能失调性子官出血患者分为西药组和中药组,每组各60例患者.西药组患者使用妈富隆进行治疗,中药组患者使用中药补肾固冲调经系列方进行治疗,观察比较两组患者治疗3个月后的止血调周疗效以及血红蛋白和红细胞数量的变化.结果:两组患者治疗3个月后在止血调周方面总有效率差异无显著性(P＞0.05);治疗前后血红蛋白和红细胞数值均显著升高,且中药组高于西药组(P＜0.05).结论:中药补肾固冲调经系列方治疗脾肾两虚型无排卵功血疗效确切,中药组对血红蛋白和红细胞数值的提高效果更为显著.
