Abstract
慢性乙型肝炎(Chronic Hepatitis B,CHB)是由乙型肝炎病毒(Hepatitis B Virus,HBV)引起的传染病,其发病隐匿、病情复杂、预后不佳,可发展成为肝硬化,肝癌.中医学并无"慢性乙型病毒性肝炎"病名,根据其症状可见于"黄疸""积聚""臌胀"等病证中.中医文化博大精深,在乙肝的治疗中取得了诸多的成就,其中中药、中成药、针灸、穴位贴敷、脐火疗法等其他中医特色疗法更是在治疗肝脏炎症、肝纤维化及免疫调控中发挥了不可替代的作用.综合相关文献,对慢性乙型肝炎的发病及治疗现状做一综述.
