Abstract
目的 考察芍苓消银片不同工艺提取物的安全性、药效和有效成分含量,确定最佳提取工艺.方法 以小鼠急性毒性实验考察安全性;心得安银屑病模型考察药效,高效液相色谱检测样品中的芍药苷和落新妇苷含量.结果 芍苓消银片水提取工艺比醇提工艺毒性小,延长浸泡时间可提高药效和有效成分的提取效率.结论 综合三方面考察结果,浸泡1h,提取2次,第1次1h,第2次0.5h的水提取工艺为最优工艺.
