目的建立一种用高效液相色谱法测定五加参精中异嗪皮啶含量的方法.方法高效液相色谱法,色谱柱Hypersil ODS C18 250×4.6 mm 5 μm;流动相为乙腈-水-甲酸(20∶80∶0.5);紫外检测波长345 nm;流速1.0 mL/min;柱温:室温.结果在0.0 165 μg～0.330 0 μg范围内异嗪皮啶与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.999 8,回归方程为Y= -11.381 173 14X+51.535 106 78.异嗪皮啶在甲醇溶液中8 h内稳定.精密度为1.05%.平均回收率为98.09%.结论该方法快速,准确,专属性好,灵敏度高.
