肺感染患者C反应蛋白和降钙素原检测的价值

Abstract
目的 分析肺感染患者C反应蛋白(CRP)和降钙素原(PCT)水平,为临床鉴别诊断肺感染源提供依据.方法 回顾性分析本院肺感染患者131例,将肺感染种类分为G+菌感染组61例,G-菌感染组52例,真菌感染组18例,对照组为门诊体检健康人员78名.检测各组血清中CRP和PCT水平.结果 G+菌感染组和G-菌感染组CRP水平高于对照组(P＜0.01);G+菌感染组、G-菌感染组和真菌感染组PCT水平高于对照组(P＜0.01);G菌感染组与G+菌感染组比较,CRP和PCT水平差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01);对照组CRP和PCT处于低水平状态.结论 CRP和PCT水平检测对肺感染分类的鉴别诊断具有重要的指导价值.
