Abstract
患者男性,61岁.发现左大腿根部肿块数十年,早期为皮肤粉红色丘疹样结节,近年来逐渐增大,为隆起性暗红色斑块,2cm×1.3cm大小表明粗糙.门诊给予手术切除. 病理检查 巨检:2.5 cm×1.7 cm×1.3 cm带梭型皮肤组织,皮肤上可见2cm×1.3cm暗红色结节;切面呈囊性,囊内含乳头状突起.镜检:肿瘤呈囊腔样结构,囊腔内有许多乳头状突起及少许细胞碎片(图1).
