Abstract
糖尿病肾病(DN)是糖尿病代谢异常引发的肾小球硬化症,是国内外引起终末期肾病的常见病因.研究表明在患有糖尿病肾病的人和动物体内,Klotho的表达均有减少,而通过上调Klotho基因的表达可以明显改善糖尿病肾病的进程,但其中具体的机制仍不清楚.该文就Klotho基因对糖尿病肾病的保护作用机制作一综述.
