临床护士角色压力与社会支持的关系研究

Abstract
目的 探讨临床护士角色压力与社会支持的关系,为护理管理提供依据.方法 采用角色压力量表和社会支持量表对182名临床护士进行问卷调查.结果 临床护士角色压力量表总分为(54.82±3.42)分,条目均分为(3.92±0.64)分,处于中度角色压力;临床护士社会支持评定量表总分为(39.83±5.42)分,社会支持处于中等水平,社会支持与角色压力呈负相关性(P＜0.01或P＜0.05).结论 社会支持是临床护士角色压力的重要影响因素,提高社会支持水平有助于降低临床护士角色压力.
