Abstract
2019年发生的新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称新冠肺炎),因其传染性强、临床表现多样,给疫情防控和治疗带来了一定的困难.目前对于治疗新冠肺炎尚无特效药,既往用来治疗其他冠状病毒的药物可能有效,但需要进一步临床试验验证.本文将围绕新冠肺炎的流行病学、病原学、临床表现、影像学表现、实验室检查、诊断、并发症与治疗、转归等方面进行简要综述.
