Abstract
[目的]总结上穹隆结膜下注射曲安奈德治疗重症春季角结膜炎的疗效及护理.[方法]采用曲安奈德行上穹隆结膜下注射.[结果]一次性治愈71例(31.14%),3个月后复发57例(25.00%),半年后复发63例(27.63%),1年后复发37例(16.22%).[结论]应用曲安奈德上穹隆注射对于重症春季角结膜炎是一种安全有效的治疗方法,护理配合中应注意做好病人的心理护理,使其积极配合并定期随访.
