血浆BNP、CRP和HCY检测在诊断急性心肌梗死方面的临床价值

Abstract
目的 分析探讨血浆脑钠肽(BNP)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、同型半胱氨酸(HCY)检测在诊断急性心肌梗死方面的临床价值.方法 将我院2016年2月-2017年3月收治的50例急性心肌梗死患者作为实验组,并选择同期50例健康体检者作为对照组,检测研究对象的血浆BNP、CRP和HCY,对检测结果进行观察比较.结果 在血浆BNP、CRP和HCY水平方面,实验组均显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 检测血浆BNP、CRP和HCY水平,能为急性心肌梗死的诊断提供科学依据.
