和肽素(Copeptin)是精氨酸加压素(AVP)前体的羧基肽部分.在血液中,它与精氨酸加压素具有良好的一致性.研究表明其稳定性好,检测方便,在心血管疾病诊断、治疗、预后等方面有重要的临床价值.高血压是一种常见慢性心血管疾病,其发病率高,是心脏、脑、肾脏、血管等损害的重要危险因素.本文就近年来和肽素与高血压的临床进展进行综述.
