Abstract
目的 比较玻璃体手术与玻璃体腔内注射曲安奈德(TA)治疗肾病性渗出性视网膜脱离的疗效.方法 36例(38眼)肾病性渗出性视网膜脱离的患者随机分为两组,每组各19眼,分别行玻璃体腔内注射TA(A组,19例)和玻璃体手术(B组,17例)治疗,术后随访6个月,比较两组术后视力及视网膜复位情况.结果 术后6个月时A组10眼(52.6%)、B组14眼(73.7%)术后视力有不同程度提高,A组15眼(78.9%)、B组18眼(94.7%)视网膜完全复位.结论 玻璃体手术是治疗肾病性渗出性视网膜脱离的有效方法.
