Abstract
急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)是肾综合征出血热(HFRS)严重并发症之一，目前尚无特殊治疗手段，死亡率极高。1999年10月至1999年12月，我们采用紫外线照射充氧自血回输(UBIO)综合治疗肾综合征出血热并发呼吸窘迫综合征3例，取得较好疗效，报告如下。
