Abstract
胸腰椎骨折是脊柱骨折中最常见的骨折损伤[6],由于胸腰椎的解剖特点、手术治疗等均需留置导尿,以避免患者出现尿潴留并观察尿量;目前临床普遍认同早期拔除尿管可以增加患者舒适度,减少和预防导尿管相关尿路感染(CAUTI),促进患者快速康复,提高患者生活质量,而就胸腰椎骨折术后患者留置尿管后的具体拔除时间仍有争议.本文就胸腰椎骨折术后患者留置尿管拔除时机进行了探讨.
