Abstract
心房颤动(简称房颤)的发生机制,经历了局灶快速激动,折返环形运动到多发子波理论.现在由于标测技术的发展,从三维标测观察了心房激动的整体过程,发现为螺旋波或"转子".由于各标测方式的不同,看到的现象有所不同,其关于"转子"的命名或描述也有差异.深入认识"转子"有利于认请房颤的维持机制,指导消融治疗.
