Abstract
术中自体血回输(intraoperative salvage autotransfusion, ISA)采用负压吸引装置回收患者体腔血,回收后经洗涤、过滤浓缩或不洗涤经标准输血器直接回输.近年来,随着自体血回输技术的不断完善,ISA在外科大出血手术中得到广泛的应用.但是对ISA的应用还存在争论,尤其是在妇产科及恶性肿瘤等争议较大领域.
