Abstract
我院1例单侧肺移植受者术后因右侧自体肺过度膨胀而行自体肺全肺叶切除,术后受者存活良好,报告如下. 临床资料 患者为女性,53岁.因肺淋巴管平滑肌瘤病(LAM)于2005年9月27日接受左侧单肺移植术.术后采用他克莫司+吗替麦考酚酯+类同醇激素预防排斥反应.术后肺功能改善明显,第1秒用力呼气容积为1300 ml,6 min步行距离可达500m.
