Abstract
三磷酸腺苷酶家族蛋白2 (ATPase family AAA domain-containing protein 2,ATAD2)是ATP酶家族的新成员.ATAD2编码的蛋白质有两个结构域:AAA区域和溴结构域.ATAD2的结构表明它具有参与细胞增殖、分化、凋亡和肿瘤发生发展发相关的多种生物学功能.研究表明ATAD2随着肿瘤的不同进展情况而表达不同,ATAD2在肿瘤中调控细胞生长、增殖、转移的机制及其所处的信号传导通路尚未明确.全文就目前ATAD2研究的进展作一综述.
