Abstract
多形性胶质母细胞瘤(glioblastoma multiforme,GBM)是成人最常见也是恶性程度最高的颅内原发肿瘤,其侵袭性强、进展迅速.尽管现已有标准的手术加放化疗综合治疗策略,但其预后效果仍然不佳.近年来,随着肿瘤免疫治疗的不断探索,越来越多的免疫治疗方法有望应用到胶质瘤患者中.全文将对现兴起的GBM疗法——嵌合抗原受体修饰T细胞(chimeric antigen receptor engineered T cells,CAR-T)疗法进行详解,并对其应用到临床GBM患者存在的问题作一总结.
