Abstract
霍纳综合征由瑞士眼科医生Johann Friedrich Horner在1869年首先详细描述[1],这一综合征是由支配头面部的交感神经传出通路中任一部分中断所造成的,主要有三大指征:瞳孔缩小、睑裂变小、眼球内陷.还可能出现半侧面部无汗、眼压降低球结膜充血等[2],常见于颈段脊髓炎症和颈内动脉血栓形成.我们报道1例由颈动脉支架成形术(carotid angioplasty and stenting)引起的霍纳综合征.
