Abstract
S100β蛋白是中枢神经系统的特异性蛋白质,是近年来研究较多的血清生物标志物之一.多项研究表明S100β蛋白在缺血性脑卒中、脑卒中后抑郁、蛛网膜下腔出血等脑血管病中均有升高,且对梗死体积和溶栓后疗效有一定的预测价值.文中就S100β蛋白检测在脑血管病中的临床意义及研究进展作综述.
