Abstract
弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤( Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, DLBCL)是常见的侵袭性淋巴瘤之一,占全部非霍奇金淋巴瘤( Non-hodgkin' s lymphoma,NHL)的30％ ～40％ [1,2].DL-BCL常易侵犯淋巴结外器官和组织,主要有胃肠道、中枢神经系统、骨等[3] ,以臂丛神经损伤为首发症状的弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤在临床上较为罕见[4].本文报告1 例以臂丛神经损伤为首发症状的弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤,并结合文献进行复习与分析.
