Abstract
中年女性患者,反复右侧面颊部丘疹8年余,每年发作2～3次,伴瘙痒,皮损多于15天左右自行消退.皮肤科情况:右侧面颊部肿胀性斑块,表面有针尖大小脓丘疹.组织病理示:毛囊上皮海绵水肿,伴明显嗜酸粒细胞浸润,诊断:嗜酸性毛囊炎.予口服吲哚美辛治疗后皮损消退,随访6个月未再复发.
